Overview
OneFrameLab runs in your browser and only needs a short note on what we log, how long uploads hang around, and how cookies remember your settings.
What we collect
We keep IP addresses for basic traffic stats—think volume and trends, not dossiers. When we need a rough idea of where requests come from, we use the IP2Location LITE database; that’s region-level context, not a way to identify you personally.
Photos you upload aren’t linked to your IP on our side, and we don’t merge them with other data to profile you. Files are removed automatically within about an hour.
Who can see uploads
Only teammates who need to fix a problem or make the tool work better may open an uploaded image. That’s for support and product quality—not for ads, resale, or casual browsing.
Cookies
We use cookies so choices like country and document type survive your next visit. You can decline them; you’ll just pick those options again next time. Most browsers let you block or wipe cookies under privacy or site settings.
Your choices
You can stop using OneFrameLab whenever you want, clear cookies, or reset site data in your browser if you’d rather we didn’t remember anything locally.
